Adam Neary
CEO & Founder
Adam founded Profitably after nearly a decade helping large organizations grow and improve profitability. As he says, “The patterns are so very similar across industries –we can automate this whole process and help so many small businesses do this.”
Adam is a “data guy” at heart, at home with quantitative modeling and data management. He has cut his teeth with data optimization, normalization, and categorization algorithms and has written predictive algorithms for a variety of applications. Twice he has helped grow teams from around a dozen people to over 50, so he also has an experienced eye for talent management during periods of high growth.

Chad Pugh
Chief Aesthete
For the past 8 years Chad has worked as a designer, illustrator, creative director and contractor for clients all over the world for both digital and print media. Chad loves the new and independant ideas to be had in the startup space, which makes Profitably a great fit. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife, two brothers and two cats.

Graham Siener
VP of Customer Development
Graham has a keen focus on exceptional client satisfaction, and specializes in a systems thinking approach to solving problems. He has spent most of the last decade consulting across multiple industries and countries, always delivering solutions that leverage data to drive change. A NY native, he now lives in Brooklyn with his wife and son and is an active member of the startup community.

Eric Richmond
Senior Engineer
For the past 15 years, Eric has focused on building web and mobile platforms that both simplify and enhance people’s relationships with technology. He believes that a system is only as good as its user interface, which is why he focuses on translating complex problem domains into seamless end-user experiences.
With Profitably he has found a company that shares his commitment to building a technology solution that is intuitive, yet complex and innovative. When not at work, one can often find Eric spending time with his wife, composing music, or biking somewhere in the wilds of Brooklyn.

Ned Campion
Senior Front-end Engineer
